This new site’s been running for a little over a month now, and with my efforts to:
- Continue to attract new collectors with my Ebay store, and…
- Finalize the publication of my book (possibly books, now),
…I was caught by surprise when my inventory dwindled down to a handful of items.
In no way am I complaining. I really, really appreciate your interest in my work, and I hope that it will continue. I just want to assure all of you, whether you are collecting or just looking, that I should have some more fantasy sculptures listed here soon…Likely within the week.
In the meantime, if you have not already been receiving emailed updates from me, and you would like to be added to my mailing list, please contact me. Emailed updates usually consist of brief descriptions, links, and pictures of my latest website items and Ebay auctions.
Bright Fairy Blessings,
Liz

Announcing more new fairy friends
TEA IN THE GARDEN

Spring is in full bloom, and in every corner, one can find fairies up to something. Take a look at my “Tea in the Garden” group of fairies. Each one is nestled in her own ceramic teacup. I’ve included a picture of the pink rose teacup fairy above.
TODDLER FAIRY - “Megan”

Most of the toddlers have been adopted already. Megan’s arrival has lifted the spirits of the remaining toddler, a little fairy girl with no name, dressed in fuchsia. There’s also a cute little red-headed fairy waiting to be adopted from ebay (see pic at bottom.)
FAIRY LADY - “Serena”

Lady Serena is wandering through Nonesuch Hollow, stopping only to gaze longingly into the orb she carries.

Your polymer sculpture is made of a high quality sculpturing compound, and has been fired to factory specifications. Polymer clay is strong and durable, and has been used in doll making for over 20 years by doll artists. Polymer clay has the look of real skin tone, and the feel of porcelain, but is more shatter and chip resistant than ceramic or porcelain.
You can care for your polymer sculpture as you would any other figurine or collectible. Keep it out of reach of pets and children, as it will likely break if dropped on a hard surface.
You can dust your polymer sculpture by using a damp cloth, or you can blow off dust with “canned air” (keyboard cleaner) or a hair dryer set on low.
You can gently restyle hair, if needed, by using your wet fingertips. If the hair becomes dusty, simplyuse a damp cloth to remove dust, and then restyle with your fingers. If you’d prefer, you can also use hair styling mousse to restyle. Just put a little on your fingertip and, with your thumb and forefinger, moisten and style the hair as you like.
Feel free to contact me with any questions about your sculpture.

“Spring, the sweet Spring, is the year’s pleasant king;
Then blooms each thing, then maids dance in a ring,
Cold doth not sting, the pretty birds do sing,
Cuckoo, jug-jug, pu-we, to-witta-woo!” -T. Nash
Although I have been in my garden more now that the weather is warmer, I can’t say that I’ve heard any birds with such an interesting call! The Spring weather has inspired me to create these fanciful fairies, which one can imagine frolicking amongst the Spring blooms.
Click here to check out the newest “Create-Your-Own” fairies in this season’s latest fashions!
Although I have been selling custom fairies on ebay for over four years, this is the first time that I will be offering custom fairies in this fashion. My collectors know that my ebay auctions sometimes go through the roof, especially when I am offering a “create your own fairy” auction. The sky is the limit as far as what the collector has in mind for their custom fairy once they have won one of my ebay auctions, so many collectors will tell you the price is very much worth it when they receive their custom fairy. To see if I am currently offering one of these auctions, click here.
It is always a treat for me to take the ideas my collectors have, and turn them into reality. I decided to offer custom fairies here on my website at a fixed price, making them accessible to all my collectors. I have simplified the creation process so that you can choose all the details for your special fairy at the time of purchase. I think my husband figured out that there are 512 possible combinations with each of the choices I have given, which is astonishing!
Once you have purchased your custom fairy, I will begin sculpting it by hand, as I do with all my fairies. Your fairy will be one of kind, and although someone else may order one similar to yours, you can be assured that your fairy will still be unique, as I never use molds. When your fairy is completed to your specifications, I will send pictures for your approval before shipping it to you. Your fairy will arrive no later than 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
These fairies wearing these Spring inspired fashions will only be available for the Spring, as new custom fairies will be coming soon, sporting the latest Summer fashions! You may want to collect all four poses, in colors of your choice, as these fairies will be flying away soon and won’t be back until next Spring!
